Payment Terms
Payments for our services can be made through multiple options. Our payment terms include:
- Full payment must be completed before the journey commences.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and other digital wallets.
- Cancellations may be subject to a fee, as outlined in our cancellation policy.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us at the earliest. Refunds will be processed as per the following conditions:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the journey qualify for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Service Terms
While using our taxi and travel services, customers must:
- Adhere to the scheduled itinerary and pickup/drop-off locations.
- Ensure responsible behavior during the trip. Our drivers reserve the right to refuse service in case of misconduct.
- Take responsibility for any damages caused to the vehicle during the trip.
Liability
Kamal Tour and Travels will not be liable for:
- Delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen incidents.
- Loss of personal belongings during travel.
- Injuries, accidents, or disruptions beyond our control.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website or notifying customers.
